- Rent: $500 + utilities

- Move-in day: Flexible and negotiable (Between July and August Extras)

- Internet + Utilities / Number of person (around $70/month)

- Amenities: 3 pools, stress-free parking, sand volleyball court, and tennis court Furnished Living room with a TV, including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ (These subscriptions may change but highly likely to keep them) Couch Dining Table Fully equipped Kitchen with utensils Washer and dryer Bedrooms have beds and a desk/chair Outdoor patio with a small grill and chairs

- Location: Osceola and Azalea bus stop. Based on Google map, the west side of FSU campus is 7 min away driving, Publix is 3 min and Walmart is 7 min away. San Luis park is within walking distance. Easy access to Tennessee and Tharpe streets.

- Unique pros: Stable wifi, each room has an attached bathroom, quiet and safe neighborhood, smart home temperature monitoring, and a robot vacuum to clean the living room
